The Irish Compass emerged in 2022, born out of a real experience during an exchange in Cork, where it became clear how difficult it was to find clear, reliable, and organised information for the first steps in Ireland. Much of the guidance was scattered across WhatsApp groups, Facebook posts, and isolated reports, turning important decisions into a trial-and-error process, often costing time, money, and opportunities.
From this experience and knowledge in Software Development and Artificial Intelligence, the idea evolved into a structured solution, and today the Irish Compass is a product of Tips For DevOps, a Brazilian company specialising in the development of artificial intelligence agents, which provides an AI trained with real experiences to guide those starting their journey in Ireland.
More than just gathering information, the Irish Compass was created to help those who are going to study and work in Ireland make decisions with more security, avoid common mistakes, and accelerate their adaptation in the country, in a practical, accessible, and realistic way.
